Desk Booking System

GoBright’s Desk Booking Solution allows any employee to book a desk in advance, so they are guaranteed a workspace. Checking in/out of a desk can be done via an NFC-sticker, the GoBright Connect and the GoBright Interact. The NFC-sticker can only be used for checking in, while the other options have more functionalities.

Use the GoBright Connect or Interact to:

Check the availability of desks (LED light).
Check-in/-out at your desk.
Make ad hoc bookings.
Pre-set your personal sitting / standing height.
Activate the ‘do-not-disturb’ function.

INTERACTIVE BOOKING EXPERIENCE

Spaces can be searched for and filtered by their characteristics and availability. Interactive mapping creates a visual, intuitive booking experience for any user. Every action is automatically visible on all parts of the smart platform. As a result, all information is up to date and accurate.
