Interface

Interface (Carpet Tiles & LVT) has taken another amazing step in the field of environmental responsibility. It turns carbon into an eco-friendly recourse by using it as a main material in the production of its carpet tile backings, such as in the CQuest series.

Since September of 2021, Interface has replaced all of its conventional Carpet Tile Backings with new CQuest Bio Backings, while they also have created the new NET EFFECT series, by the recycling fishing nets.

Its goal now is to become the most sustainable company in the world. Thus, it is taking a bold step in our sustainability journey to focus on direct carbon reductions — not offsets — to meet the urgency of the climate crisis.

Silen

All materials used in Silen products have to be durable, recyclable, safe, and sourced as locally as possible. Even now when we have achieved these goals, our pledge to a sustainable future doesn’t stop there. We always have an eye on new, more sustainable materials that appear on the market. We are currently working towards increasing the number of recycled materials used in our entire product range.

Silen’s products are built by using wood-based materials, which is why we make it a point to choose our suppliers wisely. All of our wood-based material suppliers must manage resources sustainably, which is confirmed by either FCS or PEFC certification.

Impact Acoustic, our main acoustic solutions provider was founded in 2019 with a mission to make a real difference in the architecture and design industry and a dedication to making a positive impact on the environment and the future of our planet.

88 post-consumer PET bottles are used for every square meter of finished material of ARCHISONIC® Felt and the entire ARCHISONIC® Felt product range is LEED and Cradle to Cradle Certified®.
